Yesterday, our very beloved Mr Q said that we shld have high physical standards
come to think of it, i myself havent got a gold for NAPFA before, mainly cos of my lousy shuttlerun and standing broad jump.
hmm, maybe i shld do as mr Q says, to train constantly, and to reach the NCO standard, since my goal is to eat packet chicken rice every sat activity nxt yr, i shld have the standards...
